The Redlands

The Redlands b&b was a perfect location for us to attend a wedding in the area. I would say its an ideal base for nec visitors too. We had one of the chalet type rooms outside - and it was just right. Lovely decor,so comfy bed. Extra bonus- they offered a free shuttle run to the reception itself. (they do shuttle runs to nec as well). Breakfast was superb. Many thanks to our lovely hosts.

Stopped here while attending BodyPower and it served it's purpose. Nice room and location and the breakfast was the best I've had while staying away, friendly couple, really enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay very friendly couple, great service and made you feel welcome from the out set. We were transferred to and from a show at the NEC and it was easy and quick.

An oasis of peace so very close to an international airport and the NEC. A very welcome shuttle service.

Booked the Redlands for a trip to the NEC. Owners are friendly and welcoming, rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Great setup with cabins in the garden which is a lovely spot to sit and watch birds - an owl landed in a tree just in front of us. The breakfast is substantial and keeps you going all day.

we used this hotel as a stay over for a evening show at the NEC, The couple who run it could not have been more obliging and helpful,from dropping us and picking us up to the show area, and the following morning set us up for the day with a enormous breakfast with many choices to pick from, we stayed in one of the garden chalet's,set in a pleasant garden. which had a fridge with complimentary spring water, milk, cream (for coffee) biscuits and a comfortable bed ! What more could one want.

We came to see a show at Nec. The hotel was in excellent location for this and owners laid on shuttle to and from. They were very friendly and helpful and saved us a lot of time and hassle. The only criticism was where they cooked breakfast, my husband did not like the smell of cooking lingering

We were visiting NEC and stayed for one night. The hotel owners were welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The room had everything we needed. In garden setting but cosy, warm and no noise from other guests. The breakfast was excellent and cooked fresh. We would definitely stay again. A big thank you for the way you looked after us.

Very friendly and chalets were lovely, had everything you needed for your stay. Lovely setting, felt like you were in the middle of the country but a stones throw from NEC. Nothing was too much trouble and even got up early to cook our breakfast as we had to leave! Thanks again
