Amazing Villa with warm pool. Food was excellent. Staff were were superb. Such a relaxing place.

The staff and hotel were outstanding! It was extremely peacefull and the staff went above and beyond to make it exceptional! The watervilla was absolutely amazing!

Absolument tout, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner était fabuleux, l’emplacement et la vue est magnifique. Des vélos pour se déplacer des activités sur place, bref un rêve..

Le restaurant qui n’est pas au niveau de l’établissement. Un petit peu éloigné. donc tout dépend ce que vous souhaitez faire, il faut prendre en considération que vous avez de la route. Mais cela se fait facilement avec grab.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Love the bathroom. Bed was excellent. Dinner was fantastic.

Not enough hot water available to effectively use the bath provided…very disappointing. For a luxury room, the tv was too low, needs to be mounted higher. Massage was nice, great ambiance, but needs to somehow provide a better way to select the style and/or pressure applied.

It was peaceful, gorgeous rooms. The pool areas were lovely, not too busy, staff were fantastic and we live being able to bike around. We were upgraded to a room with a private pool which was amazing. We also made use of the gym, tennis court and the food was really good too.

Everything was amazing. The staff were exceptional, they could not do enough for you and were always so friendly and the facilities were beautiful.

Stunning location. We had a pool villa over the lagoon with its own pool. Very spacious room with king size and single bed. Bathroom was large with bath and shower. Lovely view of lagoon from the bath. You have bikes to use to get around the resort. Breakfast selection was excellent. One day as the restaurant was busy we ate in a smaller restaurant overlooking the lagoon, but the choice was still fine. Ate at the restaurant in the evening and the choice was good and dishes lovely. Had a complimentary foot massage in the Spa which was great. We really didn't want to leave this paradise.

The only small complaint were the bathroom had no air conditioning and did get very humid. A fan would help resolve this.Also there was building works going on 3 villas away from ours, which did make some noise . Had we been staying longer I would have asked to move further away. In fact they even rented ones out closer to the work which is a bit naughty.If you are doing work close the area within earshot of it.

Very relaxing, most comfortable bed we have stayed in Vietnam. The food is amazing and the staff is so accommodating.

Two different breakfast buffets when super busy we got put in the smaller quieter one but food wasn’t very warm.
