"Stay was okay. Billing was a complete shambles."

The room was fine. Location is good. Staff were friendly. I needed an early night, but the sound of the pub quiz carried through into my room.

Despite paying on Booking.com payment was insisted upon on arrival so I was charged twice. They were also unable to provide me with VAT receipt.

"Great experience when you go to your room through a pub!"

The atmosphere of spending a night at the hotel room next to the pub takes a tourist to the ancient stories when most of hotels were at the retaurants

A very minor thing really - add tags to the keys.

Very good overnight stay, room was clean & comfortable, had the large bathroom all to myself. The bar had a good range of beers and friendly locals made for good company. About a 10minute walk to the Cathedral & Castle so was very happy with the location. I would definitely stay again when I next visit Lincoln.
