Warm welcome,ideal for a reasonably priced place to sleep following a gig

Very clean and very good value for money thought it would be very dingy for £65 but was amazing and better than most branded hotel rooms

Although had a weird door to outside which was at front of pub

Great real ale pub

Was a little chilly in the morning

Very good .A traditioal locals type pub Very welcoming and friendly. Good value for price Details did say towels not supplied which may put some people off but they were supplied Would stay again if in the area .

Good position, bed was clean, tea and coffee in the room

Shower was covered in black mould, it was a cold night and heating was not good, TV didnt work due to lack of wifi, electrics in the room looked very unsafe, it stated the fire exit was a door direct to the road but I was told they didnt remember the last time that had even opened and was locked with no key. Also being a friday night bar area open until 12pm where music was extremely noisey and made sleeping impossible until it stopped.

Myself and a friend needed a low key, chilled out, cheap and cheerful place to stay after reliving uni days and a night out. This place was a lovely popular pub within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, parking available outside with a permit and we were given a set of keys to come and go as we pleased. The room was simple but comfortable with a large bathroom with shower next to it and tea/coffee making facilities, a TV and Wi-Fi. Despite the room being above the beer garden there was little to no noise disturbance. We could definitely recommend to someone just wanting simple comforts and a place to rest their head on a Lincoln visit.

The only petty discomfort were that the stairs up to the room were a bit steep!
