Nothing bad

Made exceedingly welcome on arrival with coffee and a friendly chat. Parking was good with an allocated parking space if we wanted it (£5 per 24hrs) very good parking area. Very good breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal by request. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you.

The location was very close to town, train and bus station and close to the beach but down a quiet street which was great. Breakfast was really good, my son said that he had the best bacon ever.

This was a last minute idea and we was very surprised, how close it was the high street and to the green, the room was spotless and for the couple who any took over on the Tuesday, they was doing great we will be returning was made really welcome

The only we didn't like was we was on the top floor

Lovely and clean, the owners were fantastic, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was brilliant and plenty of it! Definitely would return...

Its a shame that the hotel didnt have a lounge but you could sit in the dining room and have a drink, games available and books and alcoholic drinks.

Clean , very friendly hosts, Good choice of breakfast options, Comfy beds. On site parking (for 2 cars).

Location- just up from the two local pubs in the more (Lively) end of the town , gets noisy but this location would be good for families as all the stuff for kids is close. No WiFi but they are getting it installed owners are new. Could do with possibly getting breakfast pre orders on arrival (the wait isn’t long but I feel this would help the owners ).

Close to public transport and beach. Hosts were friendly and welcoming

Nice and clean, Friendly Helpful Staff, fabulous location.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.
