Location very good close to most things

The narrow stairs to our room especially being on the second floor and having arthritis in my knees didn't help the cause not the owners fault I may say. And no wardrobe only hangers for your clothes

The staff was very friendly when booking if i had any questions or request they would try there bests to accommodate you i asked for a room as low as i could get due to being 32 weeks pregnant put me in room on first floor as they due to put us top floor so lovely they moved us on messages if any worries message them and they can try to help parking outside on drive as paid extra as long as they have space was £5/£8 depending on what time u come :) bed was comfy shower and toilet lovely and clean lovely big TV had bunk beds in room as was family room didn't use them as was only 2 people but looked clean and comfy haven't tried breakfast yet but I'm sure will be lovely as you get what you pay for and with the lovely room I'm sure breakfast will be lovely

Really nice Guesthouse this one. Hosts were really lovely and everything was easy. Breakfast was first class. Great location for the seafront and town. Handy parking option if you can’t park on street. Really great value considering breakfast is included.

If you’re fussy and like soft pillows like me, take your own. Not a criticism at all, I know many like firmer pillows.
