Great location, couldn’t get a better spot for a visit to Paignton. Leigh and Vicky are excellent hosts and couldn’t do enough to help.

I had single occupancy of a spacious double room. The bed was very comfortable and the heating with thermostatic control was appreciated given the winter weather. Spotless en-suite bathroom and good shower. Perfect poached eggs on toast for breakfast.

No negatives.
