Brilliant little B&B we stopped 2 nights room wasn’t massive but fine for what we needed The Room had it all tea coffee,biscuits chocolate cold water from fridge and fan. Lovely full English in the morning. Lots of breakfast options. A very helpful kind host. Will defo stop here again

Clean and tidy.

Business security online hacked and compromised demanding to pay in full. No explanation or discount, I had to cancel my card as it was compromised. I traveled up from Portsmouth, explained I would be late as it’s a 5hr trip, I was asked if I could set off earlier in the day to make check in time. This was not possible after attending a funeral and picking up my son from school. Check out wasn’t explained properly and the host walked straight in to our room without knocking, I had a child getting dressed. The area is unsafe.

Booked the single room which is quite small but has everything and more that you need first thing i notice was how spotless and fresh smelling the room was bed very comfortable and had a great 2 night stay absolute gem of a place for the price will definitely use again

Rez was so polite, helpful and informative, the breakfast was delicious, you will not be disappointed with this guest house

Really enjoyable stay. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything you could want. Rez, the proprietor, was fantastic and served an excellent breakfast each morning.

Such a lovely little property with so much thought put in the small bedroom I had. Comfortable bed. A host that takes pride in his property. Delicious breakfast muffins 😋

Comfy and clean place right in town and close to the beach.
