Beds, owner super friendly, clean rooms, 11am checkout and I had a key to main door.

Stairs, but that's my fault. Rez took my bag upstairs for me because cancer prevention meds have impacted my health. Parking. It is free in front but a bun fight. Waiting for my blue badge to come through meant I had to wait until later in evening to get a space. I would stay again if fitter. No breakfast, I didn't book it, but decided I wanted it and was told they didn't do breakfast and to go to a cafe, so I missed breakfast and had an apple in the car. Maybe summer they do breakfast.

The property was very well thought out. Everything I could have needed was included in my room. The location was fantastic. The gentleman running the guest house was so pleasant and helpful. I felt really at home.
