Rez is a really welcoming host. He wasn't available when I arrived but we sorted out access by phone. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed, fridge, tea, coffee, biscuits, water. Breakfast for £10 extra was plentiful. Great location close to the famous curry mile and parks, seafront. Would definitely recommend.

I was a returning guest which speaks volumes, you wouldn't go back if it was no good and Beechwood guest house is very good. Spotless ensuite room, comfy bed with a choice of pillows, blackout blinds, great sized tv, well stocked hospitality tray and lots of little extras in the room to ensure a comfortable stay.
