Room was clean and properly heated during winter. Staff service very good.

The room was very cosy and comfortable. Nice loungeroom area by the front desk.

Sometimes I smelt cigarette smoke from my room. I think there was a smoking room on my floor.

Located at central business district offer ease access to different locations.

The standard room is located at the back fire exit passageway to enter, which have heavy smoke smell which the hotel unable to resolve. When entering the room, the smell will enter which is unpleasant.

Low stand cleaning.. and mosquitoes there could not have good sleep
