we were denied checkin

An overnight stay en route to Jim Corbett tiger reserve. Room 101was fine, a nice size with all amenities. We had dinner and the food was excellent as was the service. As we were leaving early morning the hotel provided a packed breakfast which was a nice touch. Good value for money

The staff in the reception was a little bit disorganized. Cleaning needs to be improved A little bit old, some refurbished in some areas are needed as well.

The staff was very courteous and hospitable. The breakfast was very good.

It was serving its purpose. There was good food and the staff were helpful. The rooms were comfortable.

Check-in experience was a little slow and confusing. Staff , although helpful and polite, not always had clear communication with English and that can be an issue for me because I am vegan and need to make sure of what is in the food etc.

Terrible experience , horrible rooms , and very bad staffs as wells
