Room temperature was too cold...I had to ask for a portable heater. the central AC had no heating

Property was maintained well. It was quiet and peaceful. Good meal facilities. Staff at breakfast and meals were excellent. Very courteous and helpful.

Probably will need an upgrade after some time. My experience at check in could have been better. The staff was abrupt and rude. Maybe new and needs more training. The rest of the staff were just great.

The common areas look old and dilapilated. The entrance is very bad.

Location was good and convenient. Staff was very courteous. Facilities were good in the room.

Shower flow needs attention. Bathroom hygiene can be still better with proper maintenance. Room was a bit tight in terms for movement.

My room did not have a latch. I was scared that someone could barge in . The AC had controls and all but the room was hot and stuffy. I had to ask for basic toiletries. The showers are not very clean.
