Shervani Nehru Place

Shervani was the first hotel in Delhi and our trip started with it. The hotel is located just 2 mins away from the metro station - Nehru Enclave. The location is excellent and accessible in every way. The hotel rooms are small but very comfortable. We had a great time there. They had arranged for packed breakfast as were leaving early morning for our next destination. The check-in process was smooth. Mr. Dilip Ghosh, took care of our breakfast and attended to our requests. We were glad to stay here. Thank you Shervani.

The staff were really nice and happy to help in general. Special mention to Nidha on the front desk who was always smiling, helpful and courteous as well as the two gentlemen in the restaurant who were ever so kind. We got 2 room upgrades which was very thoughtful. Rooms were a great size too. Better than a lot of 5 star hotels I've stayed in Delhi. The hotel smelt nice with all the oil diffusers in the lobby. Flexibility with check-out timings.

Cleanliness in the lobby's/ backdoor exits etc can be looked into. A lot of dust of the artificial flowers/ wall hangings etc are visible. Mirrors were dirty too. Minor things that can be easily rectified. Saying this, the rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall decor of the hotel needs an update and I would suggest the staff uniform too. They would really benefit from this as the hotel itself is good, though first impressions do count. Quality of food served at the restaurant.

Very nice hotel that met all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean with nice amenities, and the staff were very attentative. The location is great as the hotel is a 10 minute walk to the subway which is easy to navigate as a foreigner. I was very happy to see they included soy milk at the breakfast buffet as this is hard to find in India

Need some more dusting to be done in rooms, however rest all is value for money
