"We would not choose to stay here again because of the acoustics of the room."

Convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants. Coffee, tea and pastries were great. Pool area was relaxing as well.

Bathroom sink drain was clogged and the walls were very thin. We could hear the couple in the room next to us talking.

The cleanliness of the property and the room was excellent. That’s super important to me and I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and walkable distance to so many restaurants and entertainment. Definitely will be back for another stay. Loved it!

Location was perfect to restaurants. The pool area was nice.

Wish the pool was open 24 hr so you could go in the jacuzzi early in the morning.

Alcazar is the best! Very comfortable and quiet. Delicious breakfasts. Great location. And the staff is super friendly. Our go-to place when in Palm Springs.

Out AC was flooding water so we had to turn it off and had not temperature control for 2 nights. There were no other rooms to move us too and they only offered us $50. When they charged over $600 for 2 nights
