Breakfast wasn't included in our booking. Location was just right - close to where we planned to go.

Our used clothing/under garments (laundry) etc we placed in a plastic bag to bring back home to wash. Somehow staff room cleaners mistaken it for rubbish & through our plastic bag into rubbish bins outside. After finding our laundry bag, hotel management apologized & offered to wash our laundry at the hotel.
