Lovely staff great views comfy bed

We opened the fridge to put our chocolates in and the stench from the fridge was the worst smell iv ever smelt in my life we couldn’t use it for the rest of the stay it was so bad and the shower leaked so bad. Would have been good to have some milk for coffee in the morning but I wouldn’t have wanted to open the fridge back up to get some out.

They charged for parking even though the hotel is already pricey, also no aircon which made it difficult to sleep. Probably not worth the cost.

Charming boutique hotel! Very pleasant and friendly hosts. The location is great, you can see the lake from the balcony (and NYE fireworks). A little pricey, but we were there for the New Year’s so it's understandable.

Very friendly host and cosy rooms. Located within 500 metres of the Queenstown wharf. If I visit Queenstown again, I would love to stay here again if possible.

"Pleasant accommodation handy to centre of town"

Nice vibe. Handy clean and comfortable

Breakfast was very average for the price. No staff in sight to clear dishes. Croissants were stodgy.
