The rooms were beautiful with attention to decorative detail. The staff were very friendly and it is a true boutique hotel. The old world charm is very appealing. It is close to Queenstown, so a short stroll brings you to everything.

Excellent location- away from the noise of bars etc but essy downhill 5 min walk to the waterfront. Book a superior room to get a top floor room- the views are exceptional with mountain and lake views. Leon was very helpful at checkin and sorted out any queries we had with a smile.
