Location is fantastic, a short stroll to the town centre. Location was quiet. Hotel was very clean, comfortable bed with both soft / firm pillow available. Room was of a good size with balcony with good view.

Room was only serviced once in our four day stay. With only the bed made nothing else attended to. Tea & Coffee making facilities available but no milk.

Loved the quiet location and big spacious room, ease of check-in, and comfortable for a few days of activities in Queenstown! Great value for money, and we had a fantastic view. It’s nice that there is also a communal living room with fireplace so you don’t always have to spend time in your room.

The only thing we didn’t love was having super soft beds, but they were still ok to sleep on.
