Very close to the beach which was great. The host was very nice and accommodating.

The walls were super thin so heard everything, the shower water pressure wasn’t great. Apart from that it was lovely.

The price

The strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room and black hairs everywhere. Dirty cupboards, clothes hangers (sticky) and carpets.

Good location to sea front and town beds were comfortable host was helpful

Extermely comfy beds. Slept so well and we usually don't Budget b&b but everything you need. Room was hot however fans in the room helped So close to the beach & park Owner was so helpful and we'll definitely book again.

Everything was good

When i arrived.my room was ready earlier than stated.had a free upgrade as the room i booked had a leak in bathroom.but unfortunately i went to make a brew.everything was there.tea,coffee,sugar,cups & spoons.but unfortunately no milk! The room hadn't been hoovered.the bathroom was disgusting.i had a shower & stood in own water.as shower trap not cleaned out so was blocked.the shower screen was black.the tv kept losing signal.especially netflix.the tv screen was dirty.the light above the mirror didn't work.bed was uncomfortable as there was a broken bed slat.as i could see as i looked under bed.the bedding had marks on.i used to be a housekeeper but that is the worst place I've ever seen & stayed in.

I was just expecting a room, there was much more, coffee tea facilities, microwave and fridge.a very comfy leather arm chair, comfy bed, a hairdryer was supplied when requested. The only down side was community shower was tempremental. Plus fellow guest came in at 2am very noisy, waking me up. Otherwise all was fine value for money.

Shower facilities, the water went from hot to cold in minutes, and remained cold, however much I tried to change it to hot. Parking facilities non existent outside the Brampton, the owners did kindly advise me on safe parking area.

Everything. Basically, being left alone and not being snooped at, when you come through the door. The element of trust is great. The location is spot on and there is everything you could possibly need- you can help yourself to more tea bags downstairs etc...

Brilliant location for the beach, town and car parking.

Apart from dated decor it was ideal. The family room had a double bed and a single with a trundle bed beneath.
