Good breakfast

Cooked was good but the toast was just as good.

We booked a room with an ensuite shower room for 3 adults. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave in addition to the kettle. There was a very generous selection of biscuits, tea and coffees. Enough tableware for 4 people and, very thoughtfully, washing up liquid was provided. On the negative side the wifi - especially when watching the TV - kept dropping off which was frustrating. The drawer unit was very wobbly but we were able to use it. Seagulls were exceptionally noisy at night but, being by the sea, that's to be expected. Maria was friendly and helpful and let us store our luggage in the guest house after we'd checked out which we really appreciated - we were able to enjoy our last day unencumbered by our suitcases. Excellent central location - only 5 mins from railway station, bus station, shopping area, restaurants, beach and pier. Brampton Guest House is very good value for money. We would stay here again.

Its near the beach, playground, bus station, town centre, train station and shops. The building/room needs updating but we only stay there to put our head down at night. The room has fridge, microwave and cutleries if you wanted to eat in (takeaways). On arrival day, Marina let us check in a little bit early after a long train ride. She also left biscuits (a kind gesture). The TV has netflix in case it's a rainy day for the beach. The price is also cheap considering the distance to the attractions. We used public transport to go to Brixham (20 mins by bus).Its a shame that we went home before the airshow this weekend. I can recommend this accomodation. Thanks so much Marina and Louis.

Price, and location ,over and above on extras ie towels,shower jel, coffee and tea making facilities, and fresh milk in fridge,and biscuits.

Really basic, duvet had seen better days,shower pressure very low.curtain rail needs attention, frightened to pull them incase lot came down.

The hotel owner is helpful, kind and caring. Close to all amenities and the seafront.
