Sehr gute Lage. Mitte im Zentrum. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Unser Zimmer war zu kalt. Nach unserer Reklamation, dass die Klimaanlage höher eingestellt werden sollte als auf 19 Grad hat man uns erklärt, dass dies anscheinend nicht möglich wäre !!!!! da die Zimmertemperatur auf die Aussentemperatur abgestimmt ist und wir uns mit diesem kalten Zimmer abfinden müssten. Sie haben uns dann ein kleinen elektrischen Heizofen ins Zimmer gestellt, der nichts bewirkt hat. Es sollte doch in einem solchen Hotel möglich sein, die Zimmertemperatur auf die vom Gast gewünschte Temperatur einzustellen, ansonsten muss die Anlage überprüft werden.
