Healey Hotel

Room was very cold other than that was ok, bar downstairs was relaxing has sky sports could do with better beer than fosters on draft.

Very Dusty & Dirty.

Room was cold on arrival but staff soon arranged heating

bad 1st night stay but we're very helpful in moving me to another room, rest of stay was good

My partner an I really enjoyed our stay at the Healey House Hotel. The staff were amazing, really friendly and polite. Nothing was too much for them. The rooms were lovely. A bit dated in decor but nothing too bad.

Great visit as always. Well priced, clean, quiet and convenient. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Good value for money but shower was cold

I enjoyed it but the window was a bit nosey apart from the the rest I enjoyed

On arrival nicely greeted , told I had been upgraded and it was a good job although no dusting had been done on Windows it was thick with cobweb and dust, my friend didn't get upgraded and her room smelt of damp and mould in bathroom, we asked to be moved the only room available was a suite and charged her £10 extra. Another guest at the party we were at said her room wasn't upto much either.

rooms dirty, funny smell to the point had to go out and buy air freshener, no hot water to get a shower had to boil a kettle to get a wash and when this was pointed out to the staff was told "i know" as if this was acceptable.
