Anne was brilliant. She went above and beyond for us consistently. She prepared a baby changing area, a travel cot, she helped us organise our travel to a wedding and gave advice on things to do. Essentially she remembers the little things that just made our stay so easy and enjoyable. It was so greatly appreciated. The place is clean, large rooms and exactly what we were after. The price was very fair and there is a nice pub within 50 meters! Thanks so much for a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Very good breakfast with many choices on offer Lovely garden to relax in and nice little craft shop on site Ann and family were lovely

All good, just wish st mawes and surrounding areas had been a bit nearer to cut down on the driving

Anne and her family were so welcoming and allowed us to feel really at home on our trip. Nothing we asked of was too much, and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was incredibly filling and generous, leaving us well set up for the day. The room was lovely and clean, and had some great comforts such as a fan and biscuits. It felt very much like being in someone's home, and we loved the relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely return and recommend!

Our choice of breakfast was superb and very filling. Anne, Peter and Daughter are wonderful hosts and are always on hand to offer valued advice. The Guest House is set in a wonderful, idilic village location with an excellent traditional pub just over the road. My wife, Sister in Law and I enjoyed a GREAT few day's holiday. Thank you so much.

This is exactly the excellent location and accommodation one would wish to have on a Cornish holiday. There was absolutely nothing that we would have wished to improve. Everything and everyone was GREAT!!!!
