"Lovely place to stay"

Stayed in the white room for a long weekend with friends. Beautifully decorated and really close to the centre. Perfect break away would definitely recommend this place and would love to return.

"A beautiful house full of character, a great host "

10.0

We stayed here for 2 nights during the October school break. I'm so glad we did. For the four of us including our 2 girls, the white suite was perfect. Separate bedrooms with a lovely kitchen and tidy living room. "Every morning the breakfast is different" - the other guests told us; they were right. We loved breakfast here with fresh coffee, pastries, homemade cake, fresh bread, etc. The house is stunning, with highest ceilings and wonderful original features. The dining room with its enormous oval window looking out onto the rear garden is a special delight. We were made to feel very welcome and the host was more than helpful. When we come back to Bruges, we will certainly stay here again.

"Perfect romantic setting in a beautiful city"

10.0

The house was beautiful, opulent and yet homely, our room was the smallest there but still more space than we could ever need and wish for, breakfast was perfect, and the staff we're extremely friendly and helpful.

"Beautiful old house."

8.0

Spectacularly beautiful old house, lovely breakfast, but the room wasn't cleaned/serviced at all during the stay and the bath/shower curtain and hand shower were awful and very un-user-friendly. No fan or air con and it was very very hot. The owner was a very nice Moroccan man however, he was lovely & gave me a tour of his private home. Excellent location!

"Beautiful but Uncomfortable Stay"

6.0

The beauty of this B & B is incredible. The building is absolutely gorgeous! The location is also good for walking...right in the center of town. Unfortunately, the Red Room, which we stayed in, is not good for sleeping. It is directly on the street and very, very noisy. You can hear every car zooming past and every conversation from the street. I do not think interior rooms are like this since we sat in the breakfast room and couldn't hear much from the street. There was also an issue with the water going out during our stay. It was hours before we could take a shower because we couldn't get in touch with anyone about the issue. When we did find the owner, he turned the water back on immediately, but the cold water pressure did not return in our room until the next day. The next morning, the manager told me that hadn't happened in his 30 years there, but it did happen during our stay, which is what matters. The staff otherwise was friendly and the building was easy to access without staff being present.

"Old World Charm"

8.0

La Maison Zenasni is an old 3 storied mansion constructed in 18th century now converted into B&B. Very well maintained with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The common areas like the living room, dining room etc. are done up beautifully and take you back into history. Yet our suite "White" was fully loaded with all kinds of equipment viz. refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cutlery, crockery, wifi, TV etc. and very comfortable. It was like a home away from home for us. Ideally located in a cobblestone quaint street barely 4-5 minutes walking distance from the town center and yet away from the din. Old world charm indeed! The owners and staff are extremely cordial & always willing to help.

"Excellent Bed and Breakfast near City Center"

10.0

We loved our room at La Maison Zenasni and will definitely return on our next visit to Brugge. It is perfectly located just a 5 minute walk from the city square, carriage rides, canal boat rides, restaurants and shopping but is in a quiet street away from the noise and hustle in a lovely historical home. We stayed in the red rose room. It was very large with plenty of space for a queen bed, full size sofa and side chair as well as a roll away bed for our son. The private bathroom was also very spacious especially as compared with other apartments for rent. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to select from. Our hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. They helped us find buses, store luggage past check out and gave us a tour of the home. We can't say enough good and what a pleasure it was to stay in this lovely bed and breakfast.

"Would stay again"

8.0

Super close to town. We didn't write down the emailed key code to get in the door! We learned! A neighbor who may manage the place came to our rescue. We had a whole apartment. It was great, and easy walking distance to the city center.
