This place is great, on the budget all you need, lovely accommodation, people are friendly, view is breathtaking lovely pool town is really relaxed, bed is super comfy I slept better than in my own bed, WiFi is better than most hotels,

Jadranka was kind and helpful before, during and after our week long stay. The apartment wss spacious, the pool was delightful, the views were stunning. She gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We loved our time in Croatia.

Never in my life have I stayed somewhere where I have been made to feel so unwelcome. I couldn't wait to leave and will never return. I'd rather had slept rough. CLEANING FEE SCAM: I received a text from the owner the night before we checked out to say that we had to pay a €15 cleaning fee to her daughter when we checked out the following day. The is not mentioned ANYWHERE on booking.com. In the excluded fees section all which was listed was city tax. Please see the attached photo of this text message and ‘cleaning’ fee receipt. . I took this further and raised it with booking.com who have advised me that they are investigating as on their website there is no mention of a ‘cleaning fee’ to be paid in cash. Their customer service team were horrified and have refunded me the €15 which we had to pay. Our room was basic and looked out onto barren wasteland. There was no duvet to speak of. We were provided with a bed sheet and small faux fur cover instead. There were ants on the tile floor of the sitting area. The apartments are 3km from Cavtat and are nowhere near the resort centre despite stating otherwise. It’s a 30 minute walk. Google it to see for yourself. As for transport to and from Dubrovnik, the nearest bus stop is a ten minute walk and runs every 30 minutes. It was always full of tourists from Cavat and we struggled to get a seat every single day. The walk to the bus stop takes you alongside the very busy main road, links Dubrovnik and the Airport. It is unlit and you have to walk across abandoned waste ground. This was not ideal at night. It did not feel safe. The bus stop is located at: D8 1950, 20210, Zvekovica. Google map it and you will see it is 103m to the apartments and not right outside as stated. Despite providing my arrival time so someone was there to meet us, when we arrived there was no one around. We had to call the company who manage bookings for the apartments to find out where the owner was. Twenty minutes later her son emerged from a back room and took us to our room. He spoke very poor english. We were handed our keys and he promptly left. We were not informed of how to access the pool or checkout procedures. He also took our passports and was not going to return these to us until the following day once the paperwork had been completed. My boyfriend had to call him at 9pm at night to demand they be returned to us as we didn’t feel safe or comfortable. Avoid like the plague. There are so many other apartments worthy of your money - don’t waste it on this one. There apartments are also know as Apartments Bell Memories.

We stayed a night at the start of our holiday and also at the end , so that we could be close to the airport. Adriana drove us on both occasions. The apartments offer fine views and were in very good condition. It was an easy walk downhill to the sea front at Captat but required a taxi ride back. We needed some clothes dried on our last day which Adriana offered to do. Not only did they come back smartly but were neatly ironed as well.!! What service!

Wonderful two night stay, very comfortable and cheerful place.

Nice and clean apartment just outside Cavtat, the walk into Cavtat is about 15 minutes. Going back takes a longer, since the apartments are located uphill, which is very steep and about 350 meters long. Would not recommend for people who aren't fit or aren't prepared to take a taxi up. We stayed in apartment 1, which did not have a sea view, but we our balcony was the biggest and had two loungers for sunbathing so that was awesome. We did not have a microwave, but it didn't bother us. In the fridge there's a little freezer locker in which you can keep ice and ice cream. There were ice cubes when we arrived, which was a nice gesture! The owner is great and picked us up from the airport (you need to call her, there's no email address) and then drove us down to Cavtat for dinner. She offered to pick us up from Cavtat anytime we wanted, but we preferred walking. There's a little grocery store nearby, which was sufficient. I used the "gym" once: there's a crosstrainer, treadmill and a stepper and a gym ball. I just wanted to use the treadmill, which wasn't supergood, but did the job. The pool area has a beautiful view and was quiet. There were enought sunbeds for everyone, though I don't know if that's the case in high season (we were there Sep 6-15) and the sun shone everywhere in the pool area, so everyone can get a good spot. They provided beach towels. I would definitely stay again!

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in diesem Apartment, aber durch die Nähe zum Flughafen sehr praktisch. personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lage und Ausblick wunderbar!
