Fabulous holiday made special by Jadranka being so helpful and making my birthday special. She took our party of 6 to have a traditional Croatia meal . Lamb cooked under the bell. She also made me a birthday cake along with other little treats during our two week stay. We were in room 4 which although was very basic was very comfortable. Views from balcony were stunning. We had some lovely meals out our favourite was Destoso which we visited 3 times. One tip is the water is fine to drink ask for tap water it will save lots of money. The supermarket is ok but I advise you take basics with you tea bags coffee and any other favourites from home. Jadranka did say she was looking at updating the kitchen which would be a good welcome improvement. We would return again and request room 4 as we had a fantastic holiday

Although we booked quite late, Apartments Zvrko had all we hoped for and more. Our studio flat was simple, comfortable and efficient but above all had the most wonderful sunset views across the bay. We stayed on the top floor in a coast-facing apartment including a compact balcony overlooking the pool terrace and the hillside dropping down from Obod to the shore and miles of ultramarine coastlines beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for our hostess Adriana and her family: airport runs, local advice, washing free of charge, trips to local villages, home-made treats. The pool was clean and refreshing, the AC worked well, and we enjoyed local meals at Tomislav on nights we decided not to cook or walk down to the town 20 minutes away. It is a steep climb up to the apartment from Cavtat town but the view is well worth the effort. The bus or boat services to Dubrovnik or other coastal spots are close and convenient and reasonably priced. We were happy to have stayed at a quiet spot like Obod, including the spectacular walk up the Ronald Brown Pathway to a 701m asl summit behind the villa. Highly recommended, and do try to contact Adriana to book direct as she has not had great experiences with booking agent websites. We would come again: can't say fairer than that!

This was our first trip to Croatia and it was absolutely fantastic. Jandranka made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to ensure we had a great 2 week holiday. The apartment was of a high standard, very clean and well equipped. In some reviews the steep hill on the way up from Cavtat has been mentioned but hey so what if the apartments at the top of a hill - you would not have such brilliant views over the bay to Dubrovnik especially as the sun sets. It is easy to walk down to Cavtat - if you find the walk up the hill hard you can either get an number 10 bus and have a 5 minute walk back from Zvekovica or get a taxi, which is what we did so please do not be put off about comments about the hill. Dalmatia on the whole is quite mountainous so it is up and down hills everywhere. Jandranka also kindly offered us lifts back if she was around but we felt that as she works so hard we did not want to take advantage. The swimming pool was well maintained and very clean and was a great place to get the sun tan established. We cooked several meals on the inner barbeque. Getting the boat taxi from Cavtat to Dubrovnik was easy, but we also went by bus, cheaper but the buses were often crowded. Jandraka was very informative and knows the area well - we visited several places she suggested and were not disappointed with any of her suggestions. The Folk group performance at Cilippi every Sunday morning really does give a great experience of Croatian culture. The Supermarket is small but has everything you need, just a few minutes walk from apartment, very convenient. Jandranka and her family are lovely. Would we go back - YES YES YES

10/10, great room (room number 4 has a sea view with shade when you need it so you can sit out there all day with comfort). The views are stunning, bed really comfortable and the pool area really great. Jadranka was a super host, so attentive, nothing too much trouble and gave us a free lift to the airport at the end of our stay. Although this place is on a hill side with a great walk uphill back for those who love a good walk, if you don't want to walk back, Jadranka gives you her mobile number and will pick you up from town for free. Cavtat is a beautiful place and these apartments are just perfect. Highly recommend a trip to Dubrovnik !!

Great place to stay with awesome views of the sea and mountains. Jadranka the owner really looks after you and goes out of her way to make your stay really special (even brought us home made cakes). Although this is on a hill and the walk to Cavtat town centre is 20 mins away, the walk back is a real exercise boost but if you don't want to walk back Jadranka offers a free pick up service. The room (number 4) was perfect, amazing sea views, nice pool area and supermarket a few minutes away. 10/10 recommendation. Recommend a water taxi to Dubrovnik.

We had a wonderful week in Cavtat, Jadranka is a great host. Our apartment was perfect for family with two teenagers, we had a fantastic view across the bay to Dubrovnik with beautiful sunsets every evening. The pool area is lovely and there are quiet spots where you can sit and read either in the sun or shade, away from the pool. Wifi worked perfectly in the apartment. We took a boat over to Dubrovnik twice and came back by bus in the evening time. There were lots of water activities at the nearest beach which is 10-15 minutes walk down the hill. We were sorry to leave it!

Great bldg in beautiful area! I had an amazing view of the bay! The hostess, Jadranka, was so kind and patient. She even made me dinner because the restaurant was already closed. When I return to Croatia, I will stay here!

Please note that this apartment is at the top of a steep hill so if you are not physically fit I would advise getting taxis down to the town. Fortunately my partner and I are fit so we didn't mind the 25 minute walk to the town. The apartment was lovely and had basic facilities to make food which we used twice during our week stay. We ate out most nights. The view is stunning and looks over the bay. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away which was very handy. The bed was comfy and the pool /sauna facilities were fun too. I would recommend this apartment to young professionals who don't mind a walk and are generally active and able to use their limbs.

The place was lovely, the view was incredible, the host Jadranka and her daughter were so nice and helpful, I could stay for a month! They picked me up from the nearby bus stop, had a plate of food waiting, I felt so at home there. The property is on the way to Cavtat ... which is a charming little town and as you take the local bus into Dubrovnik you get incredible scenic views all the way ... I never needed to catch the cable car, I had better views and spectacular sunsets where I was!! A huge thankyou to Jadranka - I'll be back one day!

Studio apartment had all the equipment we needed and was very clean and tidy. We found the owner very helpful with advice, suggestions, information about the area, lifts and fantastic chocolate cake!. We visited Dubrovnik several times, using the water taxis and buses, and also Montenegro, which was within easy driving distance. Yet again information from the owner helped us to see much more than if we had been left to our own devices
