The bed was too small even for a child and adult never mind too adults. There was an issue with the light in the room on day two and it felt like I was interrupting the hotel staff from completing his phone game and never got resolved

Check in took a long time. They couldn’t find our booking. Someone else checking in at the same time had the same problem. Really impressed with the room it was a really good size with a TV in each room but the double bed was tiny, definitely not actually a double bed. Partner actually ended up sleeping in one of the singles. Bathroom really nice but when water is running makes a horrible noise. Car park at front was full and we did struggle to walk through between the cars to get to the front door. Location was perfect, only a short walk to everything you need. Overall had a good stay and will definitely use again but will be prepared to sleep separately again next time.

The room was dirty and smelt of stale tobacco, shower doors and seal hanging off so when you showered it flooded bathroom floor and the bathroom sink was so small you had to wash in the shower. No cleaners so the rooms or hotel was never cleaned in the 4 days we were there

Lots of gadgets, touch button lights etc but basics missed

Service was fast and distancing was good. Some issues with room cleanliness. While the visible surfaces were fairly clean, I dropped something and had to reach under the bedside table and there was old food under there. When I took a shower the water wasn’t draining, so pulled out the plug cover and there was tonnes of hair in it.

Almost everything was broken in the room. Tried to put the heaters on as kids felt cold they never worked. Wont go back there for sure and its not worth the price

Family get away monday-thursday. Bar area was lovely and modern a very relaxed space with a lovely view of the sea. Prices for drinks were great too ! Not to expensive at all. The room was a standerd family room and was very small and cramped. The "double" bed was exteamly small to the point me and my partner didn't sleep in it together, my partner slept in the double with our youngest child and they were still cramped in the bed. I bunked in with my older son in the bunk beds. The cleaning could be much better, we found a fake eyelash on the bed, the bathroom floor grouting was dirty, the bathroom you couldn't swing a cat in either to be honest. Considering the front of the building and the bar area we were expecting more from the room tbh. We would book again but only if they got bigger beds and the cleaning was better.

When we got there I had booked a double tried to give me a twin the room wasn’t even cleaned this was at the back of 3 in the afternoon then told us there would be no breakfasts available guy was not helpful at all had I don’t care attitude so had to leave and try and find another hotel

Great place and great friendly staff who were most helpful after 3 hours on the phone to hotels.com trying to find somewhere to stay! the booking I had with another hotels.com hotel fell through due to hotels.com incompetence. Can highly recommend this hotel, very clean and will be using it again in the future!

The terrace room is very small, Bed is not a double bed it is a little bigger than a single bed, not the best for two people, the cleanliness was okay not the best okay for the price the tiles on the floor needs scrubbing and shower is okay clean. The room is really small. The terrace was nice just a normal view of the road, a little dirty on the floor needs a little cleaning, takeaway right next door, beach infront, and staff was super overall was an okay experience for the price
