The hotel was OK. Our room was not very clean bit disappointed.

The rooms were lovely and Ryan on desk was very nice and friendly took time to answer questions the kids had and gave advice on local theme park ....hotel was nice and very modern and the bar area is lovely to sit in evening and watch the lights

For what we paid for it was fine. However cleanliness and finish of the room was not quite there. One of the walls had not been painted fully therefore had a large section not finished. The carpet needed replacing or at least hoovered. In addition, the grouting in the bathroom was mouldy. However I think this was one of the better hotels in Blackpool.

Service was great, very polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice however, we stayed in a “Junior Double” which was extremely small with barely enough room at the side of the bed and a tiny bathroom. For 1 night it was bearable however not comfortable.

Windows were dirty, but the beds were comfortable and clean, probably the best value for money hotel around Blackpool.. breakfast could breakfast been better

For the price you pay, you can’t really complain. The rooms have been refurbished and are a good standard. The staff were friendly. The only bad thing was that we had room one which is behind the bar so you get the fridges humming all night and next to the door so every time someone went in or out it slammed. I would stay again but ask for a different room because of the noise.
