Just perfect for a short holiday

Muy buena ubicación , limpio , buenas instalaciones , en general todo bien.... Calidad/precio muy bien.

Lo que menos me gustó fue el colchón ya que para mí gusto era blando, pero igual a otros le gusta el colchón más blando.

Luiz was a perfect host and made us very welcome. The accommodation was excellently located and very clean with lots of little (very appreciated) extras.

We cannot praise the host Luis enough - he was wonderful! He messaged us on WhatsApp before we arrived and sent us helpful directions from the bus stop to the hotel. He was so friendly and joyous when we checked in and was a big help during our stay, answering our questions about the area, our activities (visiting Eibar for the football) and our plans/onward travel to Bilbao. Our room was spacious and very clean, the whole hotel was very well maintained and we enjoyed the kitchen area with a large fridge to store our items. The location was excellent, everything we wanted to see and do was walkable from the hotel and the bar beneath was good value too. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly reccomend. Thanks again to Luis for being so kind and welcoming.

We booked the room with the external bathroom which took a while to get used to (and we knew this before booking). And actually it was fine, no other guests even walk past where the bathroom is so it really is completely private to you and an excellent space and again, very clean.

The location was amazing and Luis was so kind and helpful. Facilities were excellent, the little shared kitchen is a lovely touch! I would recommend staying here to all my friends and would definitely stay here again.

Faltaría un poco de insonorización de la habitación.

Accueil par un tiers. Proprio vit apparemment à Barcelone! Très impersonnel. - entrée est partagée entre 3 locataires avec cuisinette partagée. - douche vétuste et mériterait d’être modernisée - excellente location au centre Aucun cachet personnel et aucune référence sur San Sebastian ; type de location à éviter comparativement aux autres endroits que nous avons réservés à Toulouse ou Bilbao
