Please note that parties are not allowed at Pensión Joakina. Please note that children are allowed to stay in the apartments, but not in the rooms. The low floors and the entrance are under renovation, all the balconies and views are available as we don´t have the scafolding any more. Renovation work is done from 9 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday. Some rooms may be affected by noise as the works are almost over.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

・バスルームが部屋に付いているお部屋に宿泊しました。 ・部屋やバスルーム（温かいシャワー◎、水圧◎）、共有リビング もとても清潔で、快適に過ごせました！ ・旧市街地までも歩いてすぐで、食べ歩きに最適でした。 ・共有スペースでコーヒー、レモン水飲めます。 ・食器やカラトリーも充実していて、お湯沸かしポットもあるので便利です。 gracias ☺️

・特にありませんが、しいて言えば、日本人には鍵を開けるのに少し苦戦します。不安であれば、最初のレセプション時にオーナーに教えてもらうと良いです◎
