Please note that parties are not allowed at Pensión Joakina. Please note that children are allowed to stay in the apartments, but not in the rooms. The low floors and the entrance are under renovation, all the balconies and views are available as we don´t have the scafolding any more. Renovation work is done from 9 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday. Some rooms may be affected by noise as the works are almost over.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

L'emplacement en plein cœur de ville, le confort, la propreté, le calme, la literie, la qualité des équipements et le professionnalisme ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte. Mais aussi: la cuisine avec boissons chaudes à disposition et frigo (boulangerie dans la rue). Tout pour se préparer un bon petit déjeuner ! Une excellente adresse! Nous reviendrons!
