Please note that parties are not allowed at Pensión Joakina. Please note that children are allowed to stay in the apartments, but not in the rooms. The low floors and the entrance are under renovation, all the balconies and views are available as we don´t have the scafolding any more. Renovation work is done from 9 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday. Some rooms may be affected by noise as the works are almost over.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lugar maravilloso para una escapada de unos dias"

La ubicación es perfecta al lado de la plaza Guipúzcoa tienes las zonas más turísticas de la ciudad a escasos minutos, es inmejorable la ubicación y el precio muy ajustado para ser San Sebastián

Ubicació excel·lent, no és sorollós, l'habitació és còmoda i l'espai comú s'agraeix. La comunicació amb en Luis ha estat perfecta.

Una de les habitacions té el lavabo fora, tot i que d'ús privat. El lavabo és espaiós i no li falta de res, però és una mica menys pràctic pel fet de tenir-lo separat.

The accommodation was very cosy, exceptionally convenient location, short walk to the bus station, beaches, bars restaurants etc! The owner was very easy to communicate with and also super helpful with suggestions and how to navigate the city.

The television wasn't very easy to use, but who cares when you're in San Sebastian! Everything was lovely and easy staying here.

"Perfect"

Everything was perfect. It was very central and had a wonderful balcony. There was an umbrella in the room, and unlimited coffee and tea were available in the common area. The hotel owner was very easy to communicate with. San Sebastian is a wonderful city. If I go back, I will stay here again.

Great location and our blue room was lovely. Clean, tidy and super comfortable bed. Loved that there was a kitchen facility and refreshments available. Netflix on the TV and a nice balcony with seats.

Excelente ubicación, zona señorial, al lado de todo, playas, teatro ,museos ,principales arterias comerciales, casco antiguo, y a 10 minutos de la estación de bus en un precioso paseo por la ribera del Urumea, pero en una calle tranquila, buen descanso, habitación amplia , buen colchón y almohadas, secador, gel/champú ,mantas extra, aire acondicionado/ calefacción, balcón y vistas. Tiene una zona común, con bebida de cortesía, cafetera, cacaos ,nevera compartimentada para cada habitación, y muchos detalles, con lo que Luis, el propietario ,hace que te sientas como en casa, así como sus acertadas recomendaciones para disfrutar de la ciudad.
