Please note that parties are not allowed at Pensión Joakina. Please note that children are allowed to stay in the apartments, but not in the rooms. The low floors and the entrance are under renovation, all the balconies and views are available as we don´t have the scafolding any more. Renovation work is done from 9 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday. Some rooms may be affected by noise as the works are almost over.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excellent"

Spacious room. Great location. The owner was very friendly and responded to my questions quickly. It was easy to store the luggage after the checkout and pick it up later. I wish I could stay here longer.

La ubicación muy céntrica, la habitación amplia, la cama muy cómoda. Limpio. Baño amplio y nuevo. La sala común con nevera, cocina, café... Amabilidad.

El olor de la habitación, fuerte y raro, no sé si a tabaco, ambientador o mezcla de ambos El ruido. Aunque los huespedes fueron silenciosos, los tabiques son "de papel" y se oye absolutamente todo, pisadas, puertas...

"Great stay"

The hotel is super clean and located in middle of San Sebastian. There were a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee/tea, and water. The owner of the hotel is knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and friendly. He provided us with the list of recommended restaurants. We used two restaurants on that list. We stayed in San Sebastian only for one night. In a future, we will book this hotel for a few days. We like everything.

De vriendelijke eigenaar, Luis die ons ontving en ons van advies en tips voorzag.

De kamer was wat warm voor ons, als tip geven we mee om het raam 's nachts niet dicht te laten.

"Une pension à recommander"

La pension est très agréable.C'est une petite structure,d'une position centrale, proche des gares ,avec un bar sympa à côté. Le gérant est réactif pour vous accompagner. La pièce commune est très propre et équipée pour prendre le petit -déjeuner ou un en-cas,le frigo est appréciable.
