"Not Professional"

It was Pay at Property Booking, but the Hotel Cancelled my booking in view of Advance they asked for. I was in series of Meeting before the travel but they kept on calling after couple of calls that were not attended they cancelled my booking.

Booking.com shall ensure the bookings to remain pay at property as promised not after booking your hotels start harassing travellers in the name of Advance, I always like pay at property as it enables me to reject the room they are offering

Room was nice. Staff are helpful.

The wash room tab & Shower was not good. Proper toiletries should be provided. Barring these overall it was good
