Narin at the front desk (morning shift) was very nice and helpful—great customer service! The bed was comfortable, and the mini refrigerator in the room was a useful addition. The location was decent—about a 15-minute drive to major attractions, yet quiet enough at night for a peaceful sleep. A lovely surprise: thank you for the birthday cake—it was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated!

The room specialy bathroom wasn’t clean at first, but after informing Narin and the cleanliness manager, the situation improved. Communication through Booking.com seemed to be handled by a robot, resulting in many repetitive and incorrect warning messages, even after check-out, I received a “no show” message and card charge warning, which was frustrating The breakfast had limited options and could use improvement. The air conditioning only worked for limited periods—it would turn off with a noise and had to be manually turned on again during the night.

Breakfast was good. It was different each day and arrangement for te coffee was made which was good.

Shower was dripping water else where.. looks like there was a leakage from shower head or something.. but overall stay was good
