Treebo Rockwell Plaza

We enjoyed the stay very much.Accomodation, service, food and the behaviour of the staffs were very nice. The only thing to complain is that the hotel is located in a bit congested area. Otherwise everything else is absolutely fantastic.

Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Good vale for money hotel.

Good breakfast

A puddle of water came out of the mini fridge. I struggled figuring out the water. It was a little dirty. Plugs of the room's water cooker and my phone charger didn't fit properly in the power sockets. I had to help it stay in place with a bottle and a glass.

I had never been disrespected in my life like from the staff of this so called hotel. First they were spamming me with multiple mails before the trip to pay them the amount of the room charge upfront (though in my booking reservation via Booking was clearly written that the payment needs to done at the hotel) otherwise they will cancel my reservation. Following Booking.com advise that no charge can be done before the check in, and all payment has to be done at the hotel, upon my arrival the unpolite desk attendant simple informed me that they cancelled my reservation and there is no room at the hotel (I had booked 2 rooms). Absolutely you should not go there, and Booking should take this hotel from they offer - this is inadmissible!
