BEWARE: This hotel is posting reviews on behalf of guests! I just saw they had posted one for mine so I had to delete and post mine. 1. I don't know how rooms on the upper floors are but I arrived at 9 pm-ish and they gave me a shitty room on the same level as the reception. It was dingy and grubby and since it was next to the staircase, there was constant noise. I asked to change and they gave me another room on the same floor citing fully booked rooms. This room was the same as the previous one albeit away from the staircase. It was late and I was exhausted from my travel, and as I had partly prepaid already, I had no option. Don't let the pictures fool you! 2. The food here is terrible. I ordered noodles for room service. Firstly, it came late, and lastly, all I could taste was just salt. I barely ate it. 3. It's not just the room service, the restaurant/dining downstairs in the basement is a nightmare! It looked like the tables hadn't been cleaned for years! Stains everywhere. Buffet options were scanty. I had sambal and omelet, but unfortunately, all I tasted was SALT! How can a cook not know his salt??? Horrible. Avoid Food at this Hotel at all costs. For the price I paid, the hotel wasn't worth it. Heck, even the Paharganj hotel on my return was much nicer than this one. I'm sure there are much better ones in the area for this price range. Luckily I had just booked for 1 night.

The cleanliness of the room, the bathroom and the bed linen. Very noisy, the soundproofing of the rooms is very bad. A/C very old and not working Terrible smell of damp in the bathroom Very poor quality of food and choice for the breakfast. The table of the restaurant are disgusting and not cleaned for the breakfast. It is close to insanitary Don't go there if you have European (Occidental) quality standard and if you want to spend a good night

Room was very good more specious and clean, staff were really helpful specially at night mr Ashish was so kind and helpful. I like the way he treated the others guest too. Thank you for everything
