The location of the hotel is very nice. Close to Karol Bagh Metro station… Staff was nice..

The room could have been much cleaner. The towels and bedsheets should be cleaned properly. We ordered basic curd rice as y friend fell sick with food infection and even the basic curd rice was not good. Breakfast hall in the basement looked tacky.. very basic breakfast not many options also not very yumm. Banana provided was also not ripe well. The kettle provided in the hotel room was dirty as previous guests might have boiled milk in that. It was smelling really bad. Although it was changed immediately as requested but housekeeping must pay attention to it.

The picture of the room shown during booking on the website was quite different from the actual room,The water glasses were broken', The bath towel was dirty and smelly ,bathtub was broken.

My booking was to be cancelled if I didn't pay in full by Feb 10 I arrived Feb 10 to be advised that my booking has been cancelled on Feb 9 as I had not paid and that they were now fully booked They found us another hotel that was dirty and has no got water When I booked with you it said pay nothing now and pay on arrival but after several weeks were inundated with requests to pay I will NOT use booking dot com again
