The evening front desk employee receptionist was outstanding. She is the ideal employee then that any boss would want to have. As for the rest of the staff, just let them go. Just let them go. From the employee that had the job of heating up your processed foods and loading it back up until your breakfast area. Could care less if he was pushing at it. Pushing out of the way of your guest or rudely throwing things. He was obviously doing more that he can mentally handle doing for a job. When you tried to sit there in the dining room and enjoy your heated up processed foods. You got to sit there and hear his conversation with someone talking about another guest. Did God forbid tried to make a waffle and didn't make it to his recommendations. Or an employee that tried to help us because a rude guest decided to bring a dog into her room. Not a service dog but one little yapping dog that whined and yapped and and yeah to make sure to wake us up well before 6:00 a.m. in the morning. Then there's the housekeepers with bad attitudes pushing past you. So maybe look at your staffing look at your managers. Because the rooms are beautiful. Hot water. The indoor pool was amazing. The things that you could not help. I understood. Staff that are working a job that they obviously don't care to be doing. Just makes customers like myself want to never come to this hotel chain again.

Most of your employees. Rudest I have experienced. Will never return to this chain of Hotels.

Air conditioning/ventilation system was a bit loud. The temperature in the room was inconsistent and felt pretty damp/humid on and off through the stay. Little rough on allergies. Not able to control via the wall thermostat.

When we arrived their computer system was all messed up. It made it very difficult since we didn't have a key to the room until the next morning but otherwise things were good.

The decor was OK and it could’ve been nice.

We had reserved a king room, but they gave us a double. They said their system had somehow messed up. The staff did not seem concerned about our inconvenience. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower rail. The drains were extremely slow and I was standing in 2 inches of dirty water by the end of my shower. (The water took about 20 minutes to drain out.) This was a problem because I was going in for surgery and had specifically booked a room at the Fairfield Inn because I believed I would be able to get a sanitary shower the evening and the morning before my surgery. Standing in dirty water was not what I expected. The toilet paper holders did not work so that the toilet paper would not stay on them. The wake up call service was messed up and called us over an hour before the time we had requested. While the check-in staff was rather dismissive of our concern about getting the wrong kind of room, the staff when we checked out was nicer and apologized and said they would inform the manager.
