I wasn't greeted walking in. I was looked at like I was interrupting her from something. Then she had to leave to check if any rooms were available even though it was a reservation. Honestly I've had better experiences at motel 8. I just didn't want to put my kid in one.

The furniture in our room was broken/wobbly. Varnish was peeling off the nightstand. The bathroom leaked something bad. It just wasn't what I was expecting from a Marriott.

"Things that Were Fabulous and Freezing"

Close to hospital. Mom had an early morning appointment. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well appointed room. .

The walls are quite thin, and our room was freezing! 🥶 Not sure how it would be fixed as the vent is only over in the bedroom section, not the entire room. It did make the stay quite miserable.
