Das Hotel war das beste Hotel auf unserer dreiwöchigen Bali Reise. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen in einem kleinen Dschungel und liegt am Meer. Sauberkeit,Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Ausstattung ist alles exzellent. Man fühlt sich hier sehr willkommen als Gast. Es war so ein tolles Erlebnis hier, dass man kaum in Worte fassen kann. Man muss es selbst erlebt haben. Wer hier Ruhe sucht, ewig am Strand entlang laufen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Uns hat alles gefallen, bis auf eine Kleinigkeit. Die Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes gab es morgens A la Carte Frühstück. Dann wurde dies auf Buffetform gewechselt. Die Auswahl der Speisen blieb gleich und auch überwiegend die Qualität der Speisen. Wir persönlich fanden das A la Carte Konzept aber deutlich ansprechender und entspannter.

The Kelapa Retreat is a little slice of heaven, it’s in a really peaceful location on the beach of black volcanic sand. The beach is clean and the water was warm. The sunsets are amazing! We had the residence and it really was sublime, perfect for a family or two couples as the bedrooms are seperate, it has its own infinity pool and roof top terrace, it’s super luxurious. The outdoor showers were brilliant. The staff are gorgeous, the waiter even pushed our son on the swing while we’d had our breakfast.

Just a few things to note, nothing to effect your stay to much, the locations of the toilets is a little bizarre, right behind the bedroom and in an open bathroom, not super private, and all the doors have seperate keys, which could get a bit frustrating. It’s very peaceful so probably best if you have your own scooter or car, we had a car so I’m not sure how reliable transport is. Even though I asked for gluten free for 3 guests and this was mentioned at check in by staff, the kitchen obviously had not been advised and options were very limited.

An amazing hidden gem, a quiet, chilled luxury resort. Empty beach, neverending sand and waves...just brilliant. This is what real Bali used to be. This part of the island is worth the travel.

Not applicable, but a gym would be a good addition.

Majestatyczny, niesamowity i magiczny. Hotel ,ktory przenosi w inny świat. Pełen spokoju, tajemniczości i klimatu nie do podrobienia. Jesteśmy zakochani w tym hotelu

Lokalita je klidná. Pláž byla čistá. Pokoj/vila s bazénem byla úžasná. Všude bylo čisto. Postel byla pohodlná. Personál byl velmi příjemný. Jídlo bylo skvělé.
