The villas and the beach side. Service is good, the staff is trying to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The chef is great and make delicious meals for us, the restaurant staff go above and beyond.

There few things missing to make it great bout relaxing escape - privacy. Number on the table in the restaurant shows to everyone which villa are you staying, when going to the spa at the welcoming is done together with other people waiting for their treatment. There was a conference one of the days held in the restaurant and we were not informed before that there will be additional event in the same premises, when looking for privacy and relaxation this not nice at all. This is not high end boutique service and respecting privacy.

Desde o primeiro momento, fomos envolvidos por uma atmosfera de luxo descalço e bem-estar, onde o tratamento recebido foi absolutamente magnífico, personalizado e caloroso. O hotel desfruta de uma localização verdadeiramente paradisíaca, completamente isolado do agito e da correria dos grandes centros urbanos. É o refúgio perfeito para quem busca privacidade e exclusividade absoluta. Um dos grandes destaques é a deslumbrante praia privativa: uma vasta e intocada extensão de areia dourada que parece reservada desenhadamente para os hóspedes, permitindo caminhadas relaxantes ao som das ondas e com total sossego. Com uma proposta intimista de apenas 29 quartos, o Kelapa Retreat foge totalmente do conceito de resorts massificados. Toda a propriedade é meticulosamente cuidada e integrada de forma harmônica à natureza exuberante ao redor. É a sensação de estar em um paraíso secreto e intocado, onde poucos têm o privilégio de entrar. Os quartos são um espetáculo à parte: verdadeiros santuários de espaço, imensos, decorados com altíssimo padrão de qualidade e estrategicamente posicionados de frente para o mar. Acordar todos os dias com a brisa do oceano e uma vista panorâmica da praia é uma experiência inesquecível. A gastronomia do hotel é uma jornada sensorial rica, fresca e extraordinariamente bem executada. Tanto o café da manhã quanto o jantar são experiências divinas, com uma seleção refinada de pratos que celebram ingredientes de altíssima qualidade e uma variedade que surpreende a cada refeição. Para coroar a estadia, o Spa do hotel é um capítulo à parte: simplesmente magnífico. Tivemos a oportunidade de desfrutar dos tratamentos diariamente e, a cada sessão, experimentávamos uma nova e profunda sensação de liberdade, descanso e paz absoluta. Foi um verdadeiro reset para o corpo e para a mente.

Un lieu magique, suspendu hors du temps, d’une beauté naturelle, bien entretenu et bien décoré.

总台及服务人员都很周到、友善，餐厅的景致非常好，套房的房间游泳池足够运动用，酒店绿植也相当好。

个人感觉可以适当增加更国际化及低糖健康膳食的食谱。

I have travelled to many luxury destinations all over the world and Kelapa Retreat & Spa was possibly my most favourite ever. It’s set in the most stunning, beautiful location - amongst so many wonderful plants, palm trees and directly on the secluded beach. We felt like we had the whole resort (and whole beach!) to ourselves most of the time, it’s so peaceful and tranquil. The sound of nature and the crashing waves relaxes your nervous system from the moment you arrive. The food was all SO good, and the service is outstanding - the staff cannot do enough for you. They are so friendly, attentive and warm (without being over bearing!) and nothing is too much trouble. The treatments we had at the spa were dreamy and the free yoga classes and other daily free activities were all delightful and such a nice touch, as well. We also booked meditation and chakra healing sessions which were amazing. I really could not fault anything about this place, it is perfect, and I’m so grateful we chose to stay at this hidden gem. It feels like heaven here and what I imagine authentic Bali used to be like, before what the chaotic main tourist areas have now become. We were SO sad to leave!! We do not usually return to places we’ve been but I already want to return here! Thank you so much to all of the wonderful staff for making our stay so special.

There is nothing to dislike - it's perfect!!

A very nice and secluded resort in the center of nature and beautiful beaches. A very beautiful and quiet place to rest and meditate. It has immaculately kept gardens with plenty of wildlife (tropical birds and butterflies).

The only downside would be the drive from the airport to the resort.
