I stayed in better and cheaper hotels in Bogota . This hotel is not good for the price

I didn’t like the view, sheets were dirty, room was bad, the shower and the toiled are together , bad soap , bad towels.

Me he quedado en ocasiones anteriores con gratas experiencias. Lastimosamente en ésta se ha notado una disminución significativa en la calidad tanto de las instalaciones como del trato del personal. Desayuno muy limitado, cama incómoda y ruidosa, ruido en la habitación por el ventilador extractor de la cocina, poca disponibilidad de toallas, personal de servicio poco servicial y no enfocado en atención al cliente.

Room with no temperature control. Got a bit cold for me though they solved it by bringing me a heater
