"Friendly and unpretentious hotel, very convenient if you have things to do at the Javeriana."

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They are really the best! Breakfast is fine with good variety (they have fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, etc) and they also have a nice bar, but the food menu did dinner is below average.

The wifi connection was weak and unstable. Also when the hotel is at full capacity there is not enough hot water to shower in the morning, so I started showering before going to bed I the evening and then I could have a nice hot shower.

"Clean Rooms and bed, daily cleaning. Stuff don’t try speak English. Only Spanish."

Every day stuff was cleaning the room.

Stuff don’t speek any english. More of that, they even don’t try to turn on translate app, and try to comunicate.
