Viaggio Urbano

The location was excellent for my purpose. The staff was very pleasant, though their knowledge of English was not at the expected level. The food on the menu was very good.

There is no heating anywhere in the hotel so on cold days one does not feel comfortable.

Viaggio Urbano is not the same Viaggio when I stay few years ago. The room need to be remodel.

Extra clean, spacious apartment like, good breakfat, great value, if you choose the two bedroom apartment which face the road, it maybe a little noisy for some people. You may opt for the smaller ones facing the city for extra privacy. Alejandro and Luis are two great professionals and made our stay exceptional. Thank you.

The room was very spacious and it was clean.

It felt like a student dorm. Very cold. Like a 2 star residence, not really like a hotel. Concrete walls. Location isn’t great, close to the highway. Someone at reception was very rude to my sister.

Clean. Great staff. Good breakfast.

The rooms are cold, the windows aren't great. Ask for a room facing the city, not the busy road. There is not fitness room even though it's advertised. The staff mainly doesn't speak English.
