I had an awesome stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel condition and overall cleanliness were impeccable — the room was spotless, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. A special appreciation to the manager, Harish who is outstanding along with and his wonderful team members — Chaitra, Subhajit, and Malay Samal — for delivering service that goes far beyond a 5-star rating. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made the experience even more memorable. They were always ready to assist with a genuine smile and ensured that every detail was taken care of. The food at the restaurant was absolutely awesome — delicious, well-presented, and of exceptional quality. Overall, this stay was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and an experience that exceeds expectations in Bangalore.

Lage, Ausstattung und Preis/Leistung waren sehr gut und das Hotel-Team sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit.

Very comfortable large bed with extremely soft pillows. Spacious room. Awesome location to Cubbon Park and shopping.

The only issue was the iron leaked water which I’m sure they will fix.

food quality and choice was very good. Everyone was helpful and friendly

Food service was very slow and a little disorganised ,we ordered 2 starters and one came 20 mins after the first. Communication was difficult with restaurant staff but possibly they mainly cater for Indian guests ? Reception staff communicated well.

This hotel is a gem. I have been staying here for a number of years, and in my experience it has improved over the years, and it started out with high marks. The staff are helpful, courteous and competent. The physical facility is lovely, rooms are very comfortable, and the food is excellent, especially the included breakfast. The hotel is centrally located but a little off the beaten path, so it is quiet. Overall, highest recommendation.

The only problem I have with this hotel is physical. The bathtub/shower is extremely narrow with overly high sides. It is not really possible to stand in a normal position. As a senior with balance problems, I always find this the one drawback to the hotel and continue to wish they would update this feature.

Good location, fairly central to the city, albeit far from the metro. Room was spacious, with adequate furniture and space for storage. The environment was clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable with a choice of pillows. The bathroom was clean with ample amenities like shaving mirror. The breakfast was very good, with choices for most tastes and tasty food. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Crazy electrics - unlike in most hotels, here the bedroom Master switch is wired with the power outlets - so, using this switch to turn off the lights will result in the phone stop charging overnight :-( Instead I had to walk around switching off every light manually before going to bed.
