The room was clean bed comfortable

The staff were cold and dismissive to the point of rudeness. Examples, im array the desk speaking to the staff to check out. They address my husband rather than me in their responses while ignoring me. My husband wasn't part of this conversation. We were waiting for a cab outside as uber was busy and they came out to basically evict us for loitering. The cab had just pulled up. The staff were arguing behind the counter visibly as we left

Nice comfortable stay. The staff and service were great. Always willing to help.

The rooms need a little TLC. Having double glazing windows may reduce road noise however we had our room changed.

Awesome Breakfast & Seasons - the restaurant

Room could have been bigger > the bed ws supposed to be a king size bed but it was much smaller. Would have loved a bigger room . However , it was a well maintained hotel & clean rooms. Good staff. Parking was allright - could have been bigger but one cant exoect a huge parking lot in the heart of the cuty.

Dining especially the breakfast was 'excellent'. The atmosphere of the hotel was positive and staff were warm and motivated. The location of the hotel in the immediate proximity of the city centre is a big positive.

Cleanliness. Room size and furniture, service

Breakfast quality and spread can be improved.
