Loved the whole experience from check in. Staff are very friendly and professional. We loved the indoor pool and spa during this cold weather. We had 2 young children so we ordered room service and wow did it exceed our expectations. Beds were comfy. Shower head was strong and relaxing.

The wait at the elevators were sometimes long and/or we couldn’t fit our family of 4 which unfortunately can’t be helped. Regardless we loved every bit.

It was clean and close to restaurants. We easily grabbed food downstairs without thinking where to eat.

The view!! Convenient location with Cavill Avenue station just outside of hotel and stayed at the 29th floor.

Nothing except that cockroach found its way in the other bedroom at 2am!
