Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, our room was amazing - HUGE! The breakfast was amazing - we had a brilliant stay. Everything was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! We all slept so well. We would definitely return to this hotel! Thank you!

El desayuno muy completo. Tienen paraguas para los clientes, un buen detalle dado que siempre llueve.

Le falta calidez, la decoracion es muy fria. Nos hemos quedado dos noches y me sorprendio que el segundo dia no nos limpiaron el baño y las camas solo la colcha estirada.

Nattevakten smilte, og tilbød kaffe da vi reiste tidlig for å nå ferge til Senja

Vi ble mottatt uvennlig, med liten evne til å forstå hvilken gruppe som kom: 3 av oss var over 80 år med fysike utfordringer. Men når det ikke er interesse for gjestene, og der er ingen evne til å opprette kommunikasjon som gir god forståelse, løsninger og god opplevelse, er det bare å gi opp. Slitent hotell, men med oppussede rom. Står desiderata nederst på listen over Thon Hotel som vi har besøkt.
